Weekend #4 Plans:
To all Laredo Border Chapter API Members/STX oilfield organizational family and friends,
We are preparing to cook for everyone in Rockport and Aransas Pass this weekend. We will continue to feed all law enforcement, first responders, military and victims of Hurricane Harvey. We will be in Rockport at the Aransas County Sheriff’s Office at 714 E. Concho Street.
We will stage and setup our operations and we will need some serving help for this weekend. We may also need some help with clean-up crews.
Trey Cranford (Legacy 7 Oilfield Services) will lead the clean-up efforts this weekend in Aransas Pass. Trey will be updating us on his efforts and clean-up crew support. He needs all the help he can get in the trenches!
They will have an area at 130 Goodnight Avenue in Aransas Pass.
Thanks to the Zapata County Sheriff’s Office (Deputy Chief Del Bosque), Zapata County and several operators (Bluestone NR and Hilcorp Energy) from Zapata for also working side by side with our awesome team efforts!!
The Laredo Border Chapter API also strongly appreciates the support from the Central Texas AADE Chapter, Bruington Engineering, Black Brush Oil and Gas, Hector Rangel (EOG), Chips Olds (Stabil Drill), Energy First Engineering, Mark Mecke (Killam Oil) and several other operators, vendors and friends who funded and supported our efforts.
Please keep up with us on our Border Chapter API FB page and www.laredoborderchapterapi.com.
A lot of people have stepped up and donated supplies, food, ice, drinks and everything has been delivered to where it has been needed.
From the bottom of our hearts “Thank You STX!!”
Again Thank you and God Bless you all!
Thank you,
Robert Chavez
2017 Laredo Border Chapter API President
