The 2018 Laredo Border Chapter API Bass Tournament and BBQ Cook Off

To all Fishermen and Oilfield Family,

Please come join us for the 2018 Laredo Border Chapter API Bass Tournament and BBQ Cook-Off on June (7, 8 & 9) in Zapata, Texas. Registration will be held at the Beacon Lodge Rec. Hall on Thursday June 7, 2018. Registration will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. At least 1 team member must be present at registration. Fisherman auction will start @ 8:00 p.m. (80% Pay Back). The BBQ Cook-Off auction will follow the Fisherman’s auction. The API Bass Tournament & BBQ Cook-Off Headquarters will be at the Beacon Lodge all weekend. Everything will be hosted by the Beacon Lodge, Beacon Store and the RV Park.

This is one of our three fund raising events we have during the year to raise money for scholarships. These scholarships are awarded to students who meet our scholarship criteria in the South Texas region. We also support and donate to other youth oriented activities such as county fairs in the South Texas area.

The Laredo Border Chapter API is a Non-Profit organization & all profits from entry fees & sponsorship contributions go strictly towards our scholarship program. The API officers & general members receive nothing for their hard work & dedication to the chapter. This year our Tournament Foundation Committee will lead our sponsorship drive. Those members are attached to this packet.
