The Laredo Border Chapter American Petroleum Institute proudly invites you to join us for our 35th Annual Golf Tournament to be held at the Laredo Country Club on November 3, 4, & 5, 2017. We encourage you to participate in this event which benefits our scholarship program. Various categories of sponsorship are available for your consideration. We greatly appreciate your participation and support.

Tournament format.

The tournament will be a 36 hole two-person team scramble. The entry fee will include two rounds of golf and entry into the Saturday Night Party also held at Laredo Country Club. The Tournament field will be limited to the first 216 players who submit a PAID Tournament Application. The tournament application deadline is October 3rd or when the tournament fills up. Preference will be given to the “mailed date” of the Platinum & Gold Sponsors, local members of the Laredo API roulette online, and out-of- town dues paying members. Each sponsor or applicant must complete the Tournament Application and return it along with the correct fees by October 3rd to be considered for registration into the Tournament. Confirmations of entry will be notified by phone or email. Applications are not transferable.

There will also be a 4-person Scramble on Friday for an additional cost of $100.00 per player. The Scramble field for PM play only will be limited to the first 100 players, with priority given to the Tournament Sponsors/Tournament Players.

Those who are not playing in the Tournament but wish to attend the Saturday’s party may do so for $25.00 per person. Please use the enclosed Tournament Application to register for the events of your choice. If additional entry forms are needed, visit our website @ www.laredoborderchapterapi.com

This is one of our three fund raising events we have during the year to raise money for scholarships. These scholarships are awarded to students who meet our scholarship criteria in the South Texas region. We also support and donate to other youth oriented activities such as county fairs in the South Texas area.

The Laredo Border Chapter API is a Non-Profit organization & all profits from entry fees & sponsorship contributions go strictly towards our scholarship program. The API officers & general members receive nothing for their hard work & dedication to the chapter. This year our Tournament Foundation Committee will lead our sponsorship drive.
